A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in
sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling
rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept
credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be
made four weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation
the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in
cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property
is not until 16.00pm
and departure is
10.00am,
it is very important to stick to
these times especially in busy summer months.

An apartment
in this sought after building, next to Torrecilla beach and all amenities
in Nerja. The building also has a community swimming pool and garden
area, see picture on the left, plus the services of a porter, keeping the
public areas clean etc
.
Once inside the building, going
up approx. 10 steps, there is a lift to all floors and in 2005/2006 there
will be disabled access via the garden area. The apartment is on the
third floor all apartments are accessed from outside corridors, making it
feel less like being inside a building.
There are two
twin bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and one with the benefit of air
conditioning. Both bedrooms can access the terrace area, this is glazed
in for extra comfort and has views to the mountains. The terrace
which can be seen in the picture gallery, also has a table and chairs a
nice space for breakfast, reading etc.
There is also a very nicely
furnished lounge with dining area, this too is air conditioned and the
television has some English channels.
The fully fitted kitchen has
granite worktops and all modern appliances.
The bathroom was completed
renovated early 2005 and is large with a shower over the bath and also a
separate shower cubicle.
