A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in
sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling
rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept
credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be
made four weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation
the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in
cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property
is not until 16.00pm
and departure is
10.00am,
it is very important to stick to
these times especially in busy summer months. |

Edificio Almirante an apartment with
three bedrooms in Nerja town centre. This apartment is in excellent
condition and well furnished.
The building is on two floors and has
entrances on two streets, the best entrance for this apartment is on C/
Cristo , it is then necessary to climb approximately 20 steps. On entering
the front door to your left is a bedroom containing two single beds, next left is a full bathroom with bath and
shower over the bath. To your right is a bedroom containing two single
beds, one fold away bed and a wardrobe. Next is a staircase of
approximately 10 steps leading to a roof terrace. The terrace has
facilities to dry washing a table and chairs and four sun beds, also views
over the roof tops to the mountains.
Downstairs again to the left is a
toilet and washbasin. To the right another bedroom with double bed and
wardrobe. Next right is the kitchen fully equipped with oven and hob,
refrigerator, Water and cooking facilities are electric.
At the end of the
corridor is the living room, containing table and six
chairs, two sofa’s, coffee table, television table
with T.V. and video.
