A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in
sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling
rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept
credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be
made four weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation
the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in
cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property
is not until 16.00pm
and departure is
10.00am,
it is very important to stick to
these times especially in busy summer months. |

A south facing top floor apartment of a three storey
building, in the Torrecilla beach area of Nerja. Walking distance to
all amenities in the town, bars, restaurants, shops and the famous
Balcon de Europa. The beach is 50 yards from the front door of the
building. Car hire is not necessary, but there is street parking right
outside. To get inside the building there are about ten steps and then
a lift to all floors, ready for 2005/2006 there will be disabled access
to the building. Once inside the building take the lift to the third
floor, you will find the apartment in a corner position with great views
over the sea. A view from one terrace shown to your left.
The apartment
has a large lounge with dining area, a gas heater for colder months, a
television and access to a terrace.
There is a
fully tiled and fitted kitchen, with large fridge/freezer and other
appliances and a door to a separate utility area.
A very large
bathroom, newly renovated in 2004, includes a bath with shower over and
a separate shower cubicle.
The two bedrooms,
one double & one twin, both have fitted wardrobes and both have access
to the south facing terrace. The
terrace has a table and chairs a lovely area to sit, looking and
listening to the sea, while you have breakfast etc.
The building also boasts a large swimming pool and garden
area, the pool would normally be open May until October but could close
for repairs if necessary, this is strictly up to the community and we
would have no control over that.
