A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in
sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling
rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept
credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be
made four weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation
the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in
cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property
is not until 16.00pm
and departure is
10.00am,
it is very important to stick to
these times especially in busy summer months. |

This three bedroomed Villa is situated to the east of the town centre
of Nerja, in the Capistrano area, car hire not essential but recommended,
although there is a nearby bus service and the taxi's in Nerja are very
reasonable. The Villa is surrounded by newly re formed terraced area,
with a built in barbecue, once inside you find a large lounge, separate
dining room, fully fitted kitchen, a television room and a cloakroom, on
the first floor three bedrooms, two which are doubles and one twin, the
master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is another shower
room.
At the top of the stairs there is access to a brand new roof
terrace, equipped with table and chairs. From this Villa there are
some of the most panoramic views of the area, the town, the sea and the
mountains.
The community consists of only 11 Villas and is completely walled with
a security gate entrance, there is limited parking outside the gates,
there is also a community swimming pool and garden area to relax and top
up your tan.
