A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in
sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling
rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept
credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be
made four weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation
the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in
cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property
is not until 16.00pm
and departure is
10.00am,
it is very important to stick to
these times especially in busy summer months. |

A two bedroom town house on Punta Lara an estate about 1 to 2 km from
the centre of Nerja, popular with residents and holiday makers alike.
Comprises on the ground floor two bedrooms, one of them a twin and the
other a double, both with fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom with shower
over the bath. On the first floor there is a lounge and large fitted
kitchen, enough space in the kitchen for a dining table and six chairs,
lounge also has a sofa bed, plus television with some English channels.
Off the lounge through french windows, there is a terrace equipped with
table and chairs and views to the sea and the town.
Punta Lara has a large community swimming pool with a separate
children's pool, plus plenty garden area around the pool to relax and a
two bars to get that cooling drink or ice cream.
Car hire is recommended but not essential, there is a local bus service
from a nearby Hotel, plus a main line service just at the entrance to the
estate.
