A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in
sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling
rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept
credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be
made four weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation
the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in
cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property
is not until 16.00pm
and departure is
10.00am,
it is very important to stick to
these times especially in busy summer months. |

This particularly large Villa is situated at the eastern end of Nerja
and is best reached by car, the urbanisation is made up of private Villas
and it is a nice quiet area. The Villa comprises on entrance a shower
room, fitted kitchen, dining room, bathroom (with shower only, no bath),
three twin bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, a very large lounge,
staircase to the basement where you find another twin bedroom with en
suite bathroom (corner bath) and a cloakroom.
Even with the full bed
capacity of eight this Villa would not feel full, there's plenty of space
for your own quality time.
Outside there is a nice entrance with terrace area, gardens and private
swimming pool, there are plenty of sun loungers and terrace furniture
around the pool.
