| A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in sterling or
euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling rate), either by cheque
or bank transfer, we also accept credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be
made four weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation
the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in
cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property
is not until 16.00pm
and departure is
10.00am,
it is very important to stick to
these times especially in busy summer months. |

A complex
close to the centre of Nerja, only a five minute walk to the famous Balcon
de Europa, all walled with entrance gates, more like a village feel. It
is situated very close to Torrecilla beach, about two minutes on foot,
where apart from the beach there is a promenade and pathway for those
seaside walks.
The property
is a compact two bedroom apartment, not inside a building, it's entered by
it's own front door and only has one apartment above it. Once inside
there is a lounge with dining area, two sofas, coffee table and television
with some English channels. Through french doors off the lounge there is
an ample terrace, with table and chairs and a couple of sun beds, this
also has some flower beds with many local plants and flowers.
The fully
fitted kitchen is American style, therefore a counter separates it from
the lounge, it is very modern and boasts a ceramic hob among other things.
Further along the corridor we
come to the bathroom and two bedrooms, one a double and the other a twin.
The bathroom has no bath, a shower cubicle only, with washbasin in a
vanity unit, toilet and bidet. The double bedroom has a very good quality
bed, fitted wardrobe and french doors to another small terrace, which is
mainly used for drying washing etc. The twin bedroom, also has very good
quality beds and a chest of drawers.
