A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in sterling or euros
(equivalent to the relevant sterling rate), either by cheque or bank
transfer, we also accept credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be
made four weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation
the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in
cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property
is not until 16.00pm
and departure is
10.00am,
it is very important to stick to
these times especially in busy summer months |

A newly built large apartment complex, with community swimming pool,
situated on Torrox Costa just 200 yards from the Riu Ferrara a brand
new four star Hotel.
The apartment is on the second
floor and comprises one bedroom with twin beds and wardrobe, a good large
room with views to the mountains. A large room incorporating living
area, dining area and kitchen and a full bathroom. The living area
also has a sofa bed for an extra guest, the dining area is equipped for
four people, the kitchen is fully fitted and with all modern appliances,
the bathroom is fully tiled has a bidet and a shower over the bath.
There is access from the living area to a nice sunny terrace, with views
across the fields to the village of Torrox and the mountains beyond.
There is a large community
swimming pool for the summer months only and of course the sea just a few
minutes walk away. The village of Torrox and Nerja are easily
reached by bus, car hire is not essential, but useful if you wish to
explore this beautiful area further.
