A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in sterling or euros
(equivalent to the relevant sterling rate), either by cheque or bank
transfer, we also accept credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be
made four weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation
the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in
cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property
is not until 16.00pm
and departure is
10.00am,
it is very important to stick to
these times especially in busy summer months.

Pueblo Mediterraneo is a small complex of apartments and
town houses about five minutes walk from Burriana beach. This apartment
is a penthouse with a very large roof terrace, the corner of which is
pictured left, to show you the type of view you will have. The entrance
you would use is for four apartments, the first and second floors, the
ground floor is accessed from outside, this apartment is on the second
floor, there is no lift you need to go up approx.20 steps. There is
street parking outside, usually easy to get as there are no buildings
opposite (building started September 2006). Once inside, the apartment consists of two, twin
bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and the added benefit of air
conditioning, which doubles as heating in the colder months.
A large lounge with dining area, pictured left, very well furnished
with a music system and a television with some English programmes, also
the benefit of air conditioning. Off the lounge through french windows a
terrace can be accessed, this is equipped with a table and chairs and has
views to Nerja, the mountains and the complex swimming pool. Also leading
from the lounge is a wrought iron/wooden spiral staircase that is access
to the large roof terrace. The roof terrace has sun loungers and a
further table and chairs. There is a fully tiled and fitted kitchen
with modern equipment. Plus a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin and
main bathroom, fully tiled, with shower over the bath.
