A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in sterling or euros
(equivalent to the relevant sterling rate), either by cheque or bank
transfer, we also accept credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be
made four weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation
the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in
cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property
is not until 16.00pm
and departure is
10.00am,
it is very important to stick to
these times especially in busy summer months. |

Villa Arco

A four
bedroom country Villa with private swimming pool.
The Villa is
virtually brand new with all mod cons, including air conditioning.
As with most country properties here, it is
approached by a track from the main road, only a distance of 500 m and
much of the track is concrete. Once you reach the Villa there is ample
parking.
The Villa
overlooks the whitewashed village of Torrox, which is five minutes by car
or twenty minutes on foot. The nearest coastal resort is Torrox Costa,
which is five minutes by car and the holiday resort of Nerja with it’s
famous caves is a ten to fifteen minute drive.
The Villa
comprises:
A fully
fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Plus just
off the kitchen a separate eating area.
A lounge with
seating for ten people and includes a dining table and chairs.
A master
bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom.
Two twin
bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom.
A fourth
large family bedroom with twin beds and a set of bunk beds.
All the
bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, in fact there is lots of storage space
throughout the Villa.
There is also
another shower room and toilet situated in the hall close to the fourth
bedroom.
Plus the large elevated swimming pool, with
panoramic views to the Village and countryside around, this is equipped
with some sunloungers.
There is a
large terrace area equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue, great
for al fresco dining.
There are
many extras including satellite television, DVD, Video, CD Player etc.
All in all an
excellent base for a peaceful relaxing family holiday, lots of living
space, ten people would'nt fall over each other and you are still within easy
reach of sites of interest, bars/restaurants, shops & beaches.
