A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in
sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling
rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept
credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be
made four weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation
the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in
cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property
is not until 16.00pm
and departure is
10.00am,
it is very important to stick to
these times especially in busy summer months. |

This two bedroom town house is situated on the coast road between
Torrox and Nerja, south facing and just a two minute walk to the beach.
The property comprises two bedrooms, one twin, one
double and both with fitted wardrobes, through french windows in both
rooms a terrace can be accessed, this is equipped with terrace furniture,
also on this floor there is a newly refurbished bathroom, large shower but
no bath. There is also a large lounge/dining area with dining table
and four chairs, sofa, coffee table and television with some English
programmes, and off this room is a small terrace used as a breakfast area, equipped
with table and chairs. On the same floor as the lounge is a fully
fitted kitchen and a cloakroom comprising toilet and washbasin.
There is also a very large roof terrace with table chairs and sun
loungers.
Car hire is recommended Torrox Costa or Nerja are only approx five
minutes drive away but to walk it's along a busy main road.
The good points are the community pool area with lots of garden to
relax and it's always fairly quiet even in busy summer months and of
course the proximity to the beach and beach bars.
