A luxury two bedroom south facing apartment, just across the road from the beach and close to the town centre. Approximately 5 minutes walk to the Balcon de Europa, passing shops, bars and restaurants on the way. The apartment has been renovated to an excellent standard, the kitchen much more than you would expect in a rental property, spacious storage, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher etc. plus a dining breakfast area with seating for four. The lounge has windows on two sides one south facing with magnificent sea views, there is also ample comfortable seating and a dining table with four chairs, plus a large wall mounted television. The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobe and a television, plus access to the balcony, the second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobe and also access to the balcony. There is one family bathroom with shower over the bath plus another cloakroom consisting of washbasin and toilet.

Being a corner position even in summer the apartment once the windows are open keeps pretty cool but each bedroom has a ceiling fans for those hot sticky nights.

A truly luxurious property close to all amenities, a car is not necessary, but if you prefer one there is street parking only, apart from the summer months this is usually not a problem.

A deposit of (25%)should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept credit cards.

Full payment must be made six weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property is not until 16.00pm and departure is 10.00am, it is very important to stick to these times especially in busy summer month
