This is a two bedroom townhouse, in a nice quiet part of Nerja on the eastern side going out towards Maro and the famous caves.

The house comprises a fully fitted kitchen, with all modern appliances, a large lounge/dining room with lots of seating, a television with English channels and music equipment, plus two bedrooms one twin and one double with king size bed and a bathroom (no bath shower cubicle only). From the lounge there is access through french doors to a terrace which houses a jacuzzi and a spiral staircase to a roof terrace with views across the sea, the town and the mountains. A very nice property with some unusual features. From 2011 there will be another shower room ensuite in the twin bedroom.

Car hire is recommended and there is close by parking, it's possible to walk to the beach (Burriana is only approx five minutes away) but the walk into town would be a good thirty minutes.

A deposit of (25%)should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept credit cards.

Full payment must be made six weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property is not until 16.00pm and departure is 10.00am, it is very important to stick to these times especially in busy summer month
