A Villa in the popular Capistrano complex.  The main Villa sleeps four in the two bedrooms and then there is studio apartment underneath that sleeps another two.  The Villa is spacious, well furnished and has the added benefit of air conditioning in the main part and free standing fans downstairs.  Plus the extra bonus of wifi internet connection.

In the main Villa there is a large lounge, with dining area seating six, a fully fitted kitchen with large modern fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. and a small cloakroom.  Upstairs there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes and access through french doors to a balcony with views shown in the photos here.  Plus a nice bathroom with shower over the bath.

In the downstairs apartment it is open plan, with a large kitchen area that houses the washer and dryer(American style) plus fridge and fitted cupboards.  There is also a dining table seating six,  a sleeping area with twin beds and wicker furniture in an area to sit and read etc. Plus a bathroom with shower over the bath.  This apartment is very light and airy and a very good size.

The property also has a nice garden  with a lemon tree and lawn, along with the two balconies there is some very nice an useful outside space.

The complex of Capistrano has two swimming pools and a childrens pool, there is a supermarket on site and tennis courts close by (not part of Capistrano therefore a fee).  It's approx. 20/25 minutes to walk into town or by car 2 minutes
